I was treated with the utmost respect even though I am an elderly woman. This was important to me because I had been searching other dealers and that’s was not always the case. I also liked that they worked with me to get me the best deal to meet my needs. Product was explained to me in terms I as a woman could understand without making me feel like an idiot. Recently purchased a new Highlander and was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the sales manager (Kevin McClure). He was very patient and answered ALL my questions to my satisfaction (I am very choosy) and also worked with me to obtain a fair market value price on the car. Codi Cabrerra worked with us over the phone prior to our test drives as well and was also very helpful. Inventory is robust, staff are courteous, and it was a great experience. Definitely will shop there again.

Best buying experience ever!
I had car trouble at 4:15, had to be in VA that night. Lisa Moses made every effort to help and had us on the road by 5:15. I cannot say enough about her caring manner and positive attitude. She went beyond her duty to help us and provided us with an untarnished idea of Toyota. She is to be commended for a job well done and one whose selflessness left us with smiles and on the highway in less than an hour. What a gal!

Bought my Camry there back in 2005. The customer service was really good, they didn't try and sell me on anything out of my price range, and everyone was really nice. The car still runs like a dream today. I also really liked test driving the cars down the windy road behind the dealership, worth the visit for that alone. Thanks again!
