I wish to extend a special thanks to all the service department staff. My 900 mile return trip to Florida was most uneventful, as was the goal, due to all your detailed efforts. Over the mountains, all four firing with little effort, and through the hot sun, I came until Jacksonville/Orlando I was inundated by three solid hours of rain storm. I can report, your work has been well tested and should prove to be quite reliable for some time to come. Can't beat an "old" Toyota. Again, our sincere thanks and appreciation. Great service during my visits! This one nice lady made me a cup of coffee. And I read a book. They also reminded I needed an inspection that I forgot to tell them, I'm glad they caught my oversight. The lady in the parts department was very helpful and industrious in finding answers to my questions. I like the cashiers and I went and visited with the guy who sold me the FJ (Joe). He also walked me back out to my vehicle. An enjoyable experience, I almost want to go back so I can read my book again.

I had occasion to bring my 2010 Toyota Corolla in for State Inspection. While waiting for service completion, Mr. Lee Watson located me. Mr. Watson advised he had received permission to run my Toyota through the wash. I have WV Purple Heart license plates on my Toyota, Mr. Watson shook my hand, Thanking me for my service. I served in Vietnam. I have received many "Thank You" for your service, but this one particular Thank You, touched my Heart. I purchased my Corolla Toyota from sales man, Mr. Gary Phillips. You have a very respectful, Dependable staff. I am pleased with my product and service. Your Service Department must be very proud impressed with an employee like Mr. Watson.
